Huddle Secures $51M in Series D Funding

huddle-logoHuddle, a London, UK- and San Francisco, CA-based provider of an enterprise cloud collaboration service, secured $51m in Series D funding.

The round was led by Zouk Capital, with participation from the Hermes GPE Environmental Innovation Fund, managed by Hermes GPE, and all existing investors including Matrix Partners, Jafco Ventures, DAG Ventures, and Eden Ventures. In conjunction with the funding, Nathan Medlock, Partner at Zouk Capital, will join the Huddle board.

The company intends to use the funds to expand in the US and Europe, to double the size of its product team in order to continue the development and innovation of the product.

Led by Alastair Mitchell, CEO, Huddle is a secure cloud collaboration service that enables enterprise and government organizations worldwide to securely store, access, share, sync and work on files with everyone they need to, regardless of whether they are inside or outside of an organization’s firewall.
The company also has offices in New York City and Washington D.C.,
Customers include four US federal agencies, NASA, UK government departments, Kia Motors, Williams Lea, Driscoll’s, Unilever, P&G, Grant Thornton, Baker Tilly International, National Grid, Keolis, and Panasonic Europe.
