WorkCompass, a Cork, Ireland-based provider of an online Staff Performance Management and performance review solution, raised €650k in angel funding.
Backers included angel investors and Enterprise Ireland.
The company intends to use the funds to grow the business on the international market.
Led by CEO Denis Coleman, Workcompass.com provides a cloud-based Staff Performance Management and performance review solution that allows organizations to improve staff performance (by on average 11% according to a note) making staff more engaged.
The software is the product of over 22,000 hours of research and testing. The development team includes organisational development experts from industry and academia in Europe and the US.
