CloudHealth Technologies, a Boston, MA-based provider of an IT service management for the cloud, secured $12m in series B funding.
The round was led by Scale Venture Partners with participation from existing investors .406 Ventures, and Sigma Prime Ventures. As part of the round, Ariel Tseitlin, Partner with Scale Venture Partners, will be joining CloudHealth’s board of directors.
The company intends to use the funds for customer adoption, platform enhancements, expansion of services and hiring engineering and sales people.
Led by Dan Phillips, CEO and Co-founder, CloudHealth Technologies provides a cloud management platform to consolidate, evaluate, analyze and optimize data from disparate data sources to align operations with business objectives, and define, manage and implement changes programmatically, and to optimize cost, availability and performance.
