Radnor House School, a South West London, UK-based co-educational school for students ages 7 to 18, received an investment of up to £9.5m from Albion Ventures.
Albion had already invested in Radnor In 2010.
The company intends to use the funds to acquire Combe Bank School, a co-ed school for students ages 3 to 18 located near Sevenoaks, Kent.
In Combe Bank, Albion and the RHS management team have identified an opportunity to expand their model by enhancing the school’s culture of academic achievement and pastoral care, as well as investing to provide new facilities and modernize existing ones.
The development of Combe Bank will be driven by the RHS management team, led by David Paton, working with the existing Head of Combe Bank, Julie Hicks.
