Rainforest, a San Francisco, CA-based Quality Assurance-as-a-service company, raised $4m in seed funding.
Backers included Storm Ventures, Rincon, Andreessen Horowitz, Morado, and Crosslink.
The company intends to use the funds to grow operations.
Launched in 2013 and led by Fred Stevens-Smith, CEO, Rainforest is cloud based QA service that allows users to test their website by writing tests in plain English, and then running them in less than 30 minutes across thousands of testers in all the browsers you care about.
Y-Combinator alumnus, the company currently serves clients such as IBM, Airbnb, Tilt, Zapier, and Zenefits.
