Travel giant TripAdvisor (Nasdaq:TRIP) acquired San Mateo, California-based ZeTrip, Inc.
Terms of the acquisition will not be disclosed.
Led by Edouard Tabet, founder and CEO, ZeTrip provides Rove, the personal journal app that allows users to log activities including places they have visited and photos they have taken.
Following the acquisition, the startup’s employees moved into the TripAdvisor Palo Alto office and have integrated with the TripAdvisor mobile team.
