Gozio Health, a Palo Alto, CA-based provider of an indoor navigation platform for hospitals and health systems, raised $950k in seed funding.
Backers included a large family office, a notable investor and atlanta investor Rutherford Seydel.
The company intends to use the funds to continue building out the innovation roadmap, implement customer-requested features and expand its revenue generation team, including sales operations and deployment support.
Led by Joshua Titus, CEO, Gozio Health has created a smartphone-based, indoor positioning and wayfinding platform that aims to improve hospital visits for both the visitor and the hospital. Users have access to a physician directory, appointment notifications, navigating traffic and a reminder of where they parked while hospitals create relationships extending beyond the hospital’s walls, and enhance patient engagement and satisfaction.
