OrthoSensor, Inc., a Dania Beach, Florida-based provider of Sensor-Assisted Surgery solutions, raised $19m in Series C funding.
The round was led by Bridger Healthcare, Ltd. and The Tullis Growth Fund, L.P.
The company intends to use the funds to commercialize VERASENSE™, its leading product, and expand product development activities.
Led by Ivan Delevic, President and Chief Executive Officer, OrthoSensor provides VERASENSE™, a disposable sensor-assisted total knee replacement instrument that delivers data wirelessly and enables surgeons to make evidence-based decisions on ligament/soft tissue balance and implant position in real time.
