PepperTap, a Gurgaon, India-based grocery delivery startup, raised $10m in Series A funding.
Backers included SAIF Partners and Sequoia Capital.
The company intends to use the funds to extend its services to more cities in India by the end of 2015, firstly in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune and Mumbai.
Co-founded by Milind Sharma and Navneet Singh, PepperTap has developed an iOS and Android grocery application that provides consumers with on-time and on-demand delivery services.
It is currently limited to Gurgaon.
