Scalyr, a Grandville, MI-based provider of log monitoring solutions, raised $2.1m in seed funding.
The round was led by Susa Ventures with participation from Bloomberg Beta, Google Ventures and Sherpalo Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to bring Scalyr to a wider audience and hire engineers (https://www.scalyr.com/careers).
Led by Steve Newman, CEO, Scalyr provides a cloud-hosted service that lets users collect, monitor, and analyze many server logs in one place (have a look at features here).
