SupportPay (by Ittavi), a Santa Clara, CA-based provider of a platform to automate child support payments and enable parents to share related expenses, closed an additional $1.5M funding round.
Backers included T5 Capital Partners and several high net-worth individuals.
The company, which has raised $2.6m to date, will use the funds to continue to support its growth, expand its channels and enhance the platform’s features.
Led by Sheri Atwood, Founder & CEO, SupportPay allows a parent (especailly after a separation or divorce) to manage the monthly child support payment, as well as submit additional expenses and attache receipts. The other parent can review the item, see that the expense is for their child, and make or schedule a payment directly through the platform.
It stores the complete child support information, and provides a certified record for court or tax purposes.
SupportPay is available as a web, Android and iOS application.
