Buyapowa, a London, United Kingdom-based provider of “social introduce-a-friend” technology, raised $3m in Series A funding.
The round was led by Juno Capital with participation from Bright Station Ventures and other European investors.
The company intends to use the funds to enter the North American market, to support product innovation and expand sales in the UK and EMEA.
Led by founder and CEO Gideon Lask, Buyapowa provides a SaaS-based platform that allows users to design, launch, manage and analyze social sales campaigns from a single integrated dashboard.
The company is working with brands including Tesco, O2/Telefoncia, Sony and L’Oréal.
