edo Interactive, a Chicago, IL- and Nashville, TN-based provider of an advertising technology platform, raised $20m in Series E financing.
Backers included existing investors VantagePoint Capital Partners, Baird Capital, and a number of Nashville-based investment firms.
The company intends to use the proceeds to further develop the technology and product roadmap, expand sales, marketing and business development activities and continue to support its strategic partnership activities, including Visa Europe.
Led by newly named CEO and President Souheil Badran, who succeeded founder Ed Braswell, now Executive Vice Chairman, edo Interactive provides digital and mobile advertising solutions, leveraging everyday payment networks to connect brands with consumers.
