Armnet, a Rome, Italy-based startup that provides an app to manage underground infrastructure, raised $90k in seed funding.
TIM Ventures, the vc arm of Telecom Italia, made the investment.
The company intends to use the funds to advance the platform and bring it to the market.
Led by Simone Demelas and Reza Paya, Armnet merges the power of network management on GIS platform with Augmented Reality to advance and provide a tablet and mobile app that allows field technicians to find the know the precise position of the points of operations and get updates on underground infrastructures.
