Conga, a Broomfield, Colorado-based developer of a set of document generation and reporting applications for Salesforce, raised $70m in funding.
Backers included Insight Venture Partners. As part of the transaction, Nikitas Koutoupes and Elodie Dupuy, vice president at Insight Venture Partners, will join Conga’s board of directors.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate product innovation and customer support, including expanded training, advanced instruction and certification offerings.
Led by Mark Whiteside, COO, and Michael E. Markham, Chief Technology Officer, Conga offers document generation and reporting applications for Salesforce customers. Available on the Salesforce AppExchange, the company’s products expand Salesforce users’ abilities to utilize their data in a wide variety of documents including quotes, contracts, proposals and invoices.
The company has a fan base of more than 140,000 users, in 45+ countries, across all industries.
