Knyttan, a London, UK-based on-demand fashion startup, raised £2m in seed funding.
The round was led by Connect Ventures, with participation from Felix Capital, Playfair Capital, Ballpark Ventures, José Neves, Pascal Cagni, Edoardo Zegna, Mark Evans and Jon Kamaluddin.
The company, a graduate of Techstars London, intends to use the funds to expand operations. It is currently hiring.
Founded in April 2013 by Ben Alun-Jones, Kirsty Emery and Hal Watts, Knyttan leverages digital technology for fashion design and manufacture. It allows users to edit clothes to their style and the company works with fashion designers, artists and musicians to create styles that they can make their own.
