Komprise, a Campbell, California-based data management software provider, secured $6m in Series A funding.
The round was led by Canaan Partners.
The company intends to use the funds to build out its data management software and expand its team in all areas including product, engineering, sales, and marketing.
Led by Krishna Subramanian, COO & co-founder, Komprise provides a solution designed to use analytics-driven adaptive automation to manage massive data growth across all storage silos. The software manages, organizes, protects and provides access to data across both on-premise and cloud data stores, without changes to existing processes or infrastructure.
