Pritzker Group Private Capital acquired Entact, a Westmont, Ill.-based provider of environmental remediation services to the private sector, from Austin Ventures and TGF Management Corp.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Entact’s management team,Ā led by Dean Pisani, chief executive officer, will remain a large shareholder, continue to lead the company and serve on its board of directors.
Founded nearly 25 years ago, EntactĀ offers a broad range of environmental and geotechnical construction services delivering themĀ on a national basis, executing large-scale projects that often include multiple components of its service offering.
