ServiceTitan Raises $18M in Series A Funding

servicetitanServiceTitan, a Los Angeles-based cloud-based software platform for home service businesses, raised $18m in Series A funding.

The round was led by Bessemer Venture Partners, at a post-money valuation of $95m, with participation from previous investors I2BF Digital, Mucker Capital, and AMENALAV Group.

The company intends to use the funds to make strategic technical hires, increase adoption and further expand its customer support infrastructure.

Co-founded by CEO Ara Mahdessian and Vahe Kuzoyan, ServiceTitan provides home service companies with a cloud-based, SaaS and mobile platform to streamline operations and measure revenue by job, call conversions, technician field sales, and customer satisfaction in real time.
Used by franchise systems Mr. Rooter®, Mr. Electric®, and Aire Serv®, as well as NexStar NetworkTM, QSC®, Service Nation Alliance®, and Service Roundtable®, the solution includes CRM, intelligent dispatch features, integrated marketing analytics, and comprehensive reporting.
