Bidtellect, a Native Advertising technology and solutions company, raised $22.35m in Series B funding.
The round, which added to the $4.4m funding raised in its series A in 2012, was led by Blue Chip Venture Company with participation from G20 Ventures and previous venture investor Valhalla Partners.
The company, which has raised $22.35m in total funding, intends to use the capital to expand and enhance the technology infrastructure; product development, and in-market activities, including accelerating sales activity in Europe and Asia.
Founded by Chairman John Ferber, who also co-founded Advertising.com, which was sold to AOL in 2004 for $500 million, and led by CEO Lon Otremba, Bidtellect provides native advertising technologies and solutions. The Bidtellect platform offers advertisers, agencies and media companies a toolset to manage native ad planning, buying, and selling initiatives.
