InsideView, a San Francisco, CA-based market intelligence provider, raised $32.5m in funding.
The round was led by Spring Lake Equity Partners with participation from other investors Big Sky Partners, Foundation Capital, Rembrandt Venture Partners and Split Rock Partners. In conjunction with the funding, Jeff Williams, a partner at Spring Lake, joined InsideView’s board of directors.
The company, which has raised more than $80m in total, will use the new capital to increase sales and marketing efforts, invest in its big data platform and new API products.
Led by Umberto Milletti, CEO, InsideView provides a big data platform that combines data from more than 40,000 sources and serves it directly into key sales and marketing systems. Its products provide company and contact data, social and news insights, and business connections. The company’s APIs are powering use cases in CRM, marketing automation, predictive analytics, and a range of business applications.
InsideView is used by more than 20,000 companies across the globe.
