irth Solutions, a Columbus, OH-based provider of field service management solutions for the utility, energy and telecom sectors, received an investment from Bregal Sagemount, a growth-focused private equity firm.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
In conjunction with the funding, Gene Yoon, Blair Greenberg and Curt Witte of Bregal Sagemount joined Irth Solution’s board of directors. Previous stake-holders Crane Group, GBB Holdings, and Main Street Capital will remain investors.
The company intends to use the funds for its continued expansion.
Led by G. Brent Bishop, President and CEO, irth Solutions is a provider of field service management solutions to the utility, energy and telecom industries, serving large national brands across the country including national organizations like PG&E, Marathon, and Verizon.
Vaquero Capital LLC served as financial advisor to irth Solutions.
