KnowledgeHound, a Chicago, IL-based enterprise market research data-retrieval and visualization platform, raised $1.2m in seed funding.
Backers included Listen Ventures’ Jeff Cantalupo and Mitten Group founder Mark Mitten.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to invest in its search engine, data-visualization and data-science teams and technology.
Co-founded by former Procter & Gamble consumer insights manager Kristi Zuhlke, KnowledgeHound provides natural-language search and data visualization platform that gives researchers, marketers and sales teams the opportunity to find, visualize and analyze quantitative and qualitative consumer-research data.
