Blue Rock Ventures, LLC, a Dallas, Texas-based private equity company, launched.
Wholly owned by CEO Jeff Gordon’s family investment firm, Black Shark Family Investments, LLC, Blue Rock Ventures is a private equity company focused on the acquisition of private companies and assets in areas including technology, commercial real estate and oil and gas.
It will led by CEO Jeff Gordon, who is currently President and CEO of Texas Coastal Energy Company, an oil and gas exploration and production company formed by Gordon in 2011. Gordon will continue his leadership at Texas Coastal Energy Company and will split his time between both companies.
