ticketflyTicketfly, a San Francisco-based software company that provides a live events platform, closed a $50 million Series D financing.

The round was led by Riverwood Capital.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate development of its platform, including new products and services for its existing client base, expand globally and into adjacent verticals.

Led by Andrew Dreskin, co-founder and CEO, Ticketfly provides a cloud-based ticketing, marketing, analytics, and fan CRM software suite. For fans, the company offers curated picks from trendsetting venues across North America via a mobile-friendly experience.

Founded in 2008, the company has partnered with over 1,100 venues and promoters including Merriweather Post Pavilion, the Brooklyn Bowl, Pitchfork Music Festival, and Burning Man.
