Transifex, a Menlo Park, CA-based provider of a Localization Automation Platform (LAP) for technology companies and Open Source communities, secured $4m in Series A funding.
The round was led by Toba Capital with participation from New Enterprise Associates, Arafura Ventures and angels including Parse founder and CEO Ilya Sukhar.
The company intends to use the funds to continue product development and expand marketing and sales.
Led by Dimitris Glezos, CEO and founder, Transifex provides a Localization Automation Platform that powers the process of launching digital products and content into multiple languages.
Built for companies with rapid development cycles, the company’s SaaS platform enables developers to accelerate the delivery of content with a continuous localization workflow.
Clients include companies like Atlassian, Coursera, Eventbrite, Kixeye, and Waze.
