Palo Alto, CA-based app growth and discovery platform Branch Metrics acquired ClassOwl, a San Francisco-based edtech startup.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Founded in 2011 by Stanford students Sam Purtill and Julienne Lam, ClassOwl provides a planning and communication app for classes and teams.
