Capital Match Raises $1M in Series A Funding

capitalmatchCapital Match, a Singapore-based P2P lending platform, raised $1m in Series A funding round.

The round was led by Innosight Ventures with participation from Crystal Horse Investments and CE-Tech Invest. Along with the investment, Innosight Ventures’ partner Pete Bonee is joining the Board of Directors of Capital Match.

The company intends to use the funds to increase its product development, marketing and sales efforts.

Led by Pawel Kuznicki, CEO, and Arnaud Bailly, CTO, Capital Match is a peer-to-peer lending online platform for SMEs in Singapore. Established in 2014, it provides them with affordable working capital from professional investors who are looking for attractive rates of return. The platform enables investors to view loan requests along with professional credit assessment of each loan. They select the loans in which they want to participate. As loans are made, the platform provides end-to-end services including payment processing, debt collection and reporting.
