City Wide Towing & Recovery Service Ltd, a Calgary, Alberta-based provider of vehicle recovery services, received an investment from Signal Hill Equity Partners.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company will use the proceeds for business expansion.
Founded in 1963, City Wide offers towing & recovery, equipment transportation, boosting, lockouts, fuel delivery, tire changes and other specialty services in Calgary, Airdrie, Strathmore and Okotoks.
With a fleet of over 90 trucks, the company provides services to a variety of auto clubs, insurance companies, equipment rental companies, auto dealerships and municipalities.
It is led by Rob Voelk, CEO.
