FusionPipe Software Solutions Inc., a Vancouver, Canada-based provider of advanced authentication and data security solutions, closed a pre-Series A seed financing.
The amount of the round and the backers were not released.
The company intends to use the funds to for expand the team, increase research and development, grow partnerships with government, enterprise customers and new channels to market, and accelerate the deployment of its advanced solutions in its chosen target markets.
Established in 2010 and led by CEO and Chairman David Snell, FusionPipe develops and markets authentication software solutions that are both convenient and secure using smartphone and wearables to authenticate users to improve Enterprise productivity and data security.
