Revolut, a London, UK-based provides an app to instantly send and spend money globally with no fees, raised £1.5m in funding.
The round was led by Balderton Capital.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to develop the platform and hire new people.
Led by Nikolay Storonksy, Founder and CEO, Revolut is a personal money cloud that allows users to exchange currencies at perfect interbank rates, send money through social networks and spend with a multi-currency card everywhere accepted.
