An investment group led by Leonard Green & Partners, L.P., acquired RestorixHealth, a Tarrytown, NY-based provider of comprehensive, turnkey wound care management solutions to hospitals.
Private equity investment firm Sverica Capital Management LLC, which had acquired a majority interest in RestorixHealth in December 2010, exited the company in a transaction of undisclosed amount.
Founded in 1997 and led by Steve McLaughlin, Chief Executive Officer, RestorixHealth is a manager of comprehensive wound care treatment centers that offer advanced wound care modalities as well as hyperbaric oxygen therapy (“HBOt”).
The company manages wound care centers nationwide in partnership with local acute care hospitals.
