VoloMetrix, a Seattle, WA-based people analytics software company that provides actionable insights to improve organizational productivity, has been acquired by Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT).
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. The acquisition aims to combine VoloMetrix’ experience, technology and track record with Office 365 and Microsoft’s Delve Organizational Analytics.
Founded in 2011 by CEO Ryan Fuller, who we recently interviewed, VoloMetrix provides a people analytics technology platform that uses big data to optimize organizational performance, providing executives visibility into the daily activities and relationships that drive business outcomes.
The company, which had raised $17m from Split Rock Partners and Shasta Ventures, will add new features to the platform over the coming months.
