NonProfitEasy, a provider of data management software for nonprofits, acquired Fundly, a crowdfunding platform based in San Francisco.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
By integrating with Fundly, NonProfitEasy expands its reach into the personal fundraising market and enhances its value proposition to nonprofit organizations.
To date, Fundly has processed over $350 million in donations. The combined company will now continue to focus on peer-to-peer fundraising for individuals and organizations and offer an integrated technology platform for organizations seeking to improve processes and constituent engagement.
NonProfitEasy will maintain the Fundly brand and continue to offer all of its products, which will rebrand under the Fundly name – NonProfitEasy CRM to Fundly CRM , VolunteerEasy to Fundly Connect, and Ignite to Fundly Enterprise.
Fundly.com will also include a dedicated portal for organizations to access the entire suite of Fundly products.
Led by Lomesh Shah, CEO and founder, NonProfitEasy provides a platform featuring tools for CRM and database management, events, donor engagement, fundraising, etc.
