NowWeComply, a London, UK-based provider of cloud-based governance, risk and compliance solutions, raised $1.2m in pre-Series A funding.
Backers included AngelLab and the London Co Investment Fund.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth.
Founded in 2011 by Ben Stoneham, CEO, and serial tech angel investor Stephen Bullock, Chairman, NowWeComply provides cloud-based software to manage complex governance, risk and compliance (GRC) process requirements and data.
The solution is being widely adopted by staffing, recruitment and large scale employers to manage the diversity of procurement frameworks, commercial contracts and ongoing staff lifecycle.
