Performance Horizon, a digital partner marketing company, announced that Steve Walske has joined its board of directors as chairman.
Walske has more than 25 years of experience leading, advising and investing in innovative technology companies. At PTC (Parametric Technology Corporation), a provider of mechanical design and manufacturing software, Walske led the company from start-up phase through its initial public offering. As CEO, he established PTC as one of the largest software-only companies in the world with revenues exceeding $1 billion.
Walske serves on the board of several notable private and public Silicon Valley companies including 6sense, Wavefront, Platfora, Medallia, FirstRain and Synopsys. He formerly served as chairman at Bladelogic (acquired by BMC) and Endeca Technologies (acquired by Oracle).
He is currently managing director of Myriad Investments, LLC, a private equity firm focused on investing in software, Internet and media companies.
