SevOne, a Boston, MA-based provider of digital infrastructure management solutions, raised $50m in Series C financing.
The round was led by Westfield Capital Management and Bain Capital Ventures with participation from Brookside Capital, HarbourVest, VT Technology Ventures, and Osage Venture Partners.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth through new technologies and markets.
Led by Jack Sweeney, CEO, SevOne provides the SevOne Cluster™ architecture, which gives data center and network operators tools to leverage their digital infrastructure and deliver real-time knowledge and insights.
The company, which has offices in Boston, Philadelphia, London and Bulgaria, continues to invest in Delaware, building a 48,000 square foot research and development center on the University of Delaware’s Science, Technology and Advanced Research (STAR) Campus in Newark, Delaware.
The STAR campus facility opens in October.
