Following Chinese venture capital firm Keytone Ventures, French Truffle Capital, one of the larger investors in Europe, has joined the network of Invitalia Ventures.
Paris-based Truffle Capital is an independent private equity firm set up for investing in companies operating in the Life Sciences (medical devices, therapeutics, green chemistry, etc.) and Information Technology (fintech, SaaS, mobile, etc.).
Co-founded in 2011 by President Henri Moulard, as well as General Directors Philippe Pouletty and Bernard-Louis Roques, who have decades of investment and entrepreneurial experience in both Europe and Silicon Valley, Truffle Capital leverages industry knowledge, a large network, and operational experience to identify business opportunities that match latent market needs.
The firm currently manages €720m. To date, it has invested in 66 companies, bringing 13 of them to IPOs, and exiting other 34.
