Vintage Parts, Inc., a Beaver Dam, Wisconsin-based supplier of slow-moving replacement parts, received a private equity investment from GenNx360 Capital Partners.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its services in existing as well as new end markets and partnerships.
Led by Darrell Armbruster, President and Chief Executive Officer, Vintage Parts supplies slow-moving replacement parts sourced from original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to OEM-approved dealers and distributors. The company has partnerships with more than 60 OEMs in the automotive, construction, agriculture, and trucking end markets. It operates 16 facilities and employs over 100 people.
