CampusLogic, a Phoenix, Arizona-based creator of a student financial aid self-service platform, completed a $7.5m Series A financing.
The round was led by Continental Investors, with participation from Great Lakes Higher Education Corporation, University Ventures, Select Venture Partners, Peak Venture Capital as well as the conversion of previously raised convertible notes.
The company intends to use the funds to grow software engineering and product support. It expects to hire 20 new employees in its headquarters in the next 6 to 9 months.
Led by Gregg Scoresby, founder and CEO, CampusLogic provides a platform that simplifies the entire financial aid process via mobile and self-service in order to allow colleges and universities to reduce financial aid processing time, increase enrollment, and help students borrow responsibly.
It is currently used by 300K+ students across 35+ colleges and universities.
