Carson Air Ltd., a Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada-based provider of air ambulance services, air cargo services, and flight school training, received a strategic investment from Wynnchurch Capital, Ltd., a middle-market private equity firm.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the support, the company will continue to grow the business and enhance service to existing customers.
Founded in 1990 and led by Kevin Carson, President, Carson Air provides fixed-wing air ambulance services, air cargo services, and flight school training in Western Canada. The company has office in Vancouver, Calgary, and Abbotsford.
