Clavis Insight, a provider of eCommerce store analytics to consumer goods companies, raised US$20m in its third round of funding.
Backers included Accel-KKR, a technology-focused private equity investment firm, and existing investors.
The company intends to use the funds for growth initiatives including the expansion of sales and customer support efforts in United States, Europe and China and the continued innovation in its eCommerce Intelligence platform.

The solution is used by top consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies.
