DocuSign, a San Francisco, CA-based Digital Transaction Management (DTM) platform and eSignature solution, received a strategic investment from Deutsche Telekom (DT).
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Led by Keith Krach, Chairman & CEO, DocuSign provides a Digital Transaction Management (DTM) platform and eSignature solution used by more than 100,000 companies and more than 50 million users in 188 countries.
The company has raised more than $300m in Series F funding and more than $525m to date from financial institutions and strategic investors including Deutsche Telekom, FedEx, Microsoft, Dell, Intel Capital, Google Ventures, SAP Ventures, VISA, Salesforce Ventures, Samsung Venture Investment Corporation, Telstra, Comcast Ventures, BBVA, EDBI (the corporate investment arm of the Singapore Economic Development Board), Mitsui & CO (USA) Inc., NTT Finance, Recruit Holdings, the National Association of REALTORS® and others.
