Everteam, a Paris, France-based enterprise content management company with distribution in France and the Middle East, completed the acquisition of Intalio, a developer of Intalio|bpms, a business process management solution with distribution in the United States, Europe, and Asia.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition, which formally closed earlier this month, includes the sales, marketing, support and development infrastructure within Intalio. As part of the deal, the company has expanded its base of operations in Boston, Massachusetts.
Led by Raj Jain, CEO, Intalio provides a suite of products for large and small organizations to build business applications scalable from behind the firewall to the cloud.
The combination of Everteam’s ECM and Intalio’s BPM solution will allow the company to create a new generation of workflow improvement solutions that demand a focused and context-specific combination of content and process management capabilities.
The newly combined entity has over 300 employees and will operate worldwide with offices in the United States, France, Lebanon, and Singapore.
