Green Visor Capital Launches $200M Venture Capital Fund

greenvisorGreen Visor Capital, a thematic venture capital firm focused exclusively on investing in FinTech companies, has launched a $200m fund.

According to a regualtory filing with the SEC, Green Visor Capital II, L.P., this is the name of the vehicle, has not raised money yet.

The filing lists General Partners Michael Walsh and Lou Forster as well as Founder and Managing Partner Simon Yoo as people related with the raise.

The firm, which is headquartered in San Francisco, with partners in New York and Hong Kong, Green Visor Capital backs entrepreneurs that use technology in innovative ways to solve substantive issues in financial services and to create socially responsible companies. The firm’s portfolio includes Datafox, FiscalNote, Simpl, CloudLending, Kash, Hypori, Auditfile.com, etc.
