InReach Ventures, the London, UK-based vc firm just launched by Roberto Bonanzinga, announced H-FARM as an anchor investor.
Led by Riccardo Donadon, the Roncade, Italy-based venture incubator which has has filed a pre-admission request for the AIM market – Alternative Investment Market, managed by Borsa Italiana, the Italian Stock Exchange, has committed to invest $13M to support the development of InReach’s proprietary software and to provide capital for initial investments.
According to a post, “InReach will be able to leverage the spectacular H-FARM campus just outside Venice to develop unique programs and events for the best European startups“.
At the same time, H-FARM will get access to InReach’s software platform and the team’s track record to invest and support the best Italian entrepreneurs.
As part of the relationship, Bonanzinga will join H-FARM as Head of the Investment Division where he will provide guidance on investments in the Italian tech startup scene.
