PeopleDoc, a Paris, France and NYC-based provider of cloud-based human resources (HR) service delivery solutions, raised $28m in funding.
The round was led by Eurazeo (ISIN: FR0000121121), which has made, through Eurazeo Croissance, a $19m minority investment, with participation from existing investors Accel Partners, Kernel Investissements and Alven Capital.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its expansion in the United States and its further growth in Europe, particularly by targeting new countries.
Created in 2007 by Jonathan Benhamou, PeopleDoc provides an HR cloud-based technology platform that automates all HR administrative processes.
Located in France and the United States, the company currently serves more than 400 clients including major companies such as Natixis, American Express, Auchan and Alten and employs approximately 100 people.
