RevBoss, Inc., a Durham, NC-based provider of a sales development platform, raised $1.1m in seed financing.
The round was led by Sovereign’s Capital, with participation from Robbie Allen, Founder and CEO at Automated Insights, Alston Gardner, Founder and Partner at Fulcrum Equity Partners, and Bruce Boehm, former General Partner at US Venture Partners.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate development on its sales prospecting automation platform and expand its software engineering, sales, and customer success teams.
Founded in 2014 by Eric Boggs, CEO, RevBoss provides a sales development software platform for sales teams to be more productive by automating low-level sales tasks like prospecting, research, content creation, and campaign deployment. Customers include ListenLoop, Bivarus, and CloudFactory, among others.
