Templafy, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based branding and compliance solution for enterprise documents, raised an undisclosed amount of funding.
According to a note, the round amounted to “millions” annd came from SEED Capital, Sunstone Capital and private investors Jesper Theill Eriksen and Preben Damgaard. In conjunction with the funding, Preben Damgaard joined Templafy’s Board.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its reach internationally.
Led by Christian Lund, CEO, Templafy is an enterprise branding and compliance tool which allows companies to create, manage and share document templates and personalize them. Founded in 2014 as a spinoff from template management company SkabelonDesign, the company also secured a strategic partnership with Microsoft to integrate Templafy with the Office suite.
It now counts 25 staff.
The company had raised its first investment in the summer of 2014, with approximately $2.5m provided by SEED Capital and Sunstone Capital.
