Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa, a spa, beauty, wellness and lifestyle platform, acquired Manicube, a provider of in-office beauty and grooming services.
The financial terms of the deal were disclosed.
Led by Co-Founder and President Liz Whitman, Manicube offers personal care services, such as manicures, pedicures and men’s haircuts, to working professionals at the office. The company partners with the HR managers of corporate offices to set up weekly service that aims to increase both employee satisfaction and productivity. Employees book appointments and make payments directly on the website. It currently operates across New York City, Boston, Chicago and San Francisco with over 200 corporate client offices, including Fortune 500 companies.
Manicube was backed by Bain Capital Ventures and F Cubed.
Led by Todd Walter, CEO, Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa operates Red Door Spa, a national destination for women and men looking for facials, massages, body treatments, salon services, nail care, and makeup artistry.
